Structural Characteristics
Made of cast iron materials (such as HT250 gray cast iron or ductile iron), complying with hydraulic industry standards. It achieves bidirectional water-stop through a wedge block device, with leakage controlled within 0.03-0.07 L/m·s.
Sealing Design
Utilizes copper alloy or rubber soft sealing rings, combined with a metal water-stop pair, ensuring effective water-stop on both the upstream and downstream sides. Suitable for bidirectional flow scenarios such as sewage backflow.
Installation and Maintenance
Requires overall hoisting followed by secondary concrete pouring, with the sealing surface gap adjusted to within 0.1 mm.
