1. Feeding: The feed hatch automatically opens, pouring the medical waste from the transfer container into the loading port, and the hatch cover closes automatically.
2. Shredding: The medical waste in the loading bin is shredded by the crusher and then enters the sterilization chamber.
3. Steam Sterilization: After shredding is completed, high-temperature steam is supplied to rapidly heat the medical waste both internally and externally, achieving the purpose of quick disinfection and sterilization. The steam temperature is ≥135°C, and the sterilization time is ≥45 minutes.
4. Cooling: After sterilization, cold water is introduced to cool the sterilized medical waste while cleaning the entire inner wall of the container.
5. Drainage: The drainage valve is opened to discharge the cooling water.
6. Post-Vacuum Dehydration/Cooling: A vacuum pump is used to create a vacuum throughout the container after sterilization and initial cooling, dehydrating and further cooling the medical waste.
7. Unloading: The discharge door is opened to remove the sterilized residue, which is unloaded into a waste receiving container via an automatic dumping device.
