A biological fermenter is a device that mechanically agitates and ferments materials. It employs an internal circulation method, using an impeller to disperse and break air bubbles, resulting in high oxygen dissolution rates and excellent mixing performance. The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel and is equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head to ensure the production process complies with pharmaceutical cGMP standards. The main components of a biological fermenter include the tank body, agitator, baffles, air sparger, cooling coils (or jacket), foam breaker, manhole, and integrated sight glass.
