III. Working Principle:

The working principle of this machine is to subject the material falling between the two toothed rollers to extrusion under the relative rotational action of the two rollers, thereby obtaining the required particle size.

IV. Machine Structure:

1. Frame: The frame consists of components such as side plates, side panels, bearing supports, guard plates, and edge guard plates.

2. Roller part: Mainly composed of components such as the shaft, square cylinder, toothed plate, bearings, bearing housing, and sprocket.

3. Sprocket box part: The main function is to enclose the chain drive in a sealed box, store lubricating oil, ensure it is unaffected by external factors, and maintain good lubrication.

4. Transmission part: Composed of main components such as the motor, reducer, coupling, and transmission base plate.

5. Tensioning device: Consists of the adjusting screw, tensioning slide base, and sprocket.
