Automated Production Line for Flow Battery Stacks

Production Line Overview:

This production line is used for the automated assembly of flow battery stacks. It consists of equipment for flow frame dispensing, cover plate lamination and curing, sealing line dispensing and inspection, carbon felt assembly, stack layering, stack pressing, tie rod fastening, and stack offloading. The entire line is approximately 34 meters long. The entire process is managed and controlled via an MES system, featuring online SOP display boards, data collection, data storage, data analysis, and full traceability, enabling digital and intelligent production.
