The pipe crawling cutting and beveling machine uses hydraulic power as the driving force, employing the cutting principle of a disc milling cutter. It is hydraulically driven to operate the cutting and beveling tools, first slowly penetrating the pipeline to be cut via a threaded screw feed. Through remote control, the cutting robot crawls along the pipeline circumference for one full cycle, completing the entire process of automated pipeline cutting and beveling. It can process pipelines of different types with outer diameters ranging from 6 inches (153mm) to 72 inches (1829mm).
