Temperature Monitoring Point Configuration

1. Front Bearing Temperature Monitoring Point

Installed at the motor drive-end bearing to monitor the operating temperature of the drive-end bearing. This is the core rotating component of the motor, where temperature significantly rises during bearing wear or insufficient lubrication.

2. Rear Bearing Temperature Monitoring Point

Installed at the motor non-drive-end bearing to monitor temperature variations. This area is highly affected by load, and temperature abnormalities may indicate installation misalignment or uneven load distribution.

Vibration Monitoring Point Configuration

1. Horizontal Vibration Monitoring Point

Mounted horizontally on the motor bearing housing (e.g., motor casing or base) to detect vibration amplitude in the horizontal direction. Abnormal horizontal vibration is typically associated with bearing wear, shaft imbalance, or misalignment.

2. Vertical Vibration Monitoring Point

Installed vertically on the bearing housing (e.g., motor top or flange) to monitor vertical vibration. Abnormal vertical vibration may indicate internal bearing faults or foundation loosening.
